"There is no document with that identification. Make sure the
URL is correct or the document is no longer kept in our server".
Each presentation can be viewed within 30 days.
If the above message appears, the presentation needs to be re-send
again.

Why
is the resulting screen capture sometimes miss a mouse click or keyboard
press?
Capturing is a CPU intensive process. Depending
on how big the capture area and how fast your PC is, you may want
to introduce a slight delay (30-100ms) between each keyboard press
or mouse click. If the problem still occur, try to use longer delay.

Why
is the screen capture result sometimes showing wrong auto caption
and highlight area?
Auto caption and highlight area are produced
by predicting what button or area is clicked within the desktop or
application. Even though the prediction will work most of the time,
but at some rare cases it may produce wrong result. When this happen,
you can fix the mistake by adjusting the highlight area and typing
the caption manually.
